About Fully Free

Fully Free is a small family business run by Suzanne and her husband, Gábor.

Suzanne's creativity, competent marketing and sales experience complements Gábor's passion and life-long devotion to quality food.

When several types of food intolerance were established with Suzanne in her teens, her life completely changed. From then on, she could not eat the everyday food that had been normal for her. After giving up milk, eggs and gluten, her health was also completely transformed. She found that not only was the constant bloating and abdominal cramps gone but she lived every day with much more energy.

Gábor comes from a long line of foodies and has spent years educating himself on and working in the food industry. At the beginning of their life together, Gábor had to start afresh learning to use and work with new ingredients unlike anything he was used to. As he too experienced the positive changes that came alongside this new diet, he was increasingly reluctant to consume and cook with the foods he once had.

Then in 2019, as they prepared to welcome their first baby, they decided to take the next leap and cut all animal products out of their diet. Being only human, they of course slip up here and there but believe that moderation is key and enjoy the vast benefits of their plant-based diet.

The lack of variety in the Irish market for vegan consumers who may also have food allergies was shocking for the pair and so after months of creating, cooking and trialling, Fully Free was born, alongside their daughter!

On one hand, Fully Free tries to make everyday meals simpler and tastier with healthy plant-based foods. On the other hand, they want to take a stand for a lifestyle that is important to them and for future generations.
